These are some of the most frequent questions we get. If you have anything you'd like to ask us, don't hesitate to reach out through Facebook Messenger or by using our contact page.
Are your products gluten-free?
The chocolate we use is naturally gluten-free, and many of our products do not have any added gluten, like milk chocolate truffles, 54.5% dark chocolate truffles, and caramels. Sometime, however, we use ingredients that might have gluten, such as the crispy flakes on our key lime truffles. If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask before you order.
Are your products nut-, and allergen-free?
Unfortunately, due to the small size of our production space, it is impossible to guarantee that any chocolate or chocolate product does not contain an ingredient likely to cause an allergic reaction. ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN traces of peanuts, nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat.
Where is porch pick-up?
We are located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Once you've completed your order and submitted payment, we will message you with our address. Remember that we are a home-based business; please respect our wonderful neighbours by not blocking driveways and observing posted speed limits.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. We are exploring options for packaging and services that would allow us to transport our truffles and caramels, but only offer contactless porch pick-up and local delivery within Milton at this time.
Do you offer local delivery?
We do offer local delivery to residents of Milton (postal codes starting with L9T) for orders $30 and over. However, we are not able to offer split deliveries (for instance, if you purchase 5 boxes and ask us to deliver to 5 different places).
